1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Scrap Management System governing your access to and use of the Scrap Management System web application, APIs, and all related services.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides a digital management solution for vehicle scrappage operations including:

• Vehicle intake registration and processing
• Scrap and spare parts inventory management
• Depollution tracking and compliance documentation
• Warehouse management
• Role-based access control, audit logs, and reporting

3. User Registration & Accounts

3.1 You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

3.3 You must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload false data or create fraudulent documents
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the Platform
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Scrape data without written consent
• Violate any applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content are the exclusive property of the Company. You retain ownership of data you submit.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Company's jurisdiction.
